Product Manager

"Closing Circles" summarizes my practice of strategically designing businesses. It is about the continuous exploration and analysis of changing factors in and around a business model, encompassing threats and potentials. The closed circle represents the aesthetic target state in which a well-rounded customer experience coincides with feasibility and profitability. Since this state is fragile and temporary, "closing circles" emphasizes that it is an ongoing activity within a holistic, design-driven business process that responds to change scientifically or even creates it.

Let's find an advantageous market position for your business! With my drive and background as a designer, I am passionate about translating assumptions into reality for quick evaluation – with a special empathy for customer needs. For a successful product or service, the mediation and organization between technical, economic, and customer perspectives is crucial and pleasurable to me because this is my strength. For successful coordination, communication, and implementation of a strategy, I place high value on a proven and flexible process, as well as method expertise. My foundation is a proactive culture with a strong desire to discover and understand... always ready for innovation.

My skills will help you achieve your business goals

Whether it's about an entirely new vision, improvements, or adjustments, I methodically initiate and oversee projects throughout the development process. My expertise in managing innovation and design is rooted in my design skills. Starting with the strategic phase (Strategic Thinking) on a macro level, where it's essential to explore the drivers for innovation in the fields of political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors and analyze their impact on the current business model. Moving to the micro-level (Design Thinking), where we define, plan, and implement research to understand the effects of these drivers on the product and associated business model in detail. These activities are closely aligned with our clients, with a strong focus on the customer experience and needs. In the second half of the Design Thinking phase, we translate findings and product hypotheses into prototypes, refining the product and interaction with the company through testing. Once the concept has been successfully proven (P.O.C.), we transition from the experimental phase to implement the business model and product into a real and stable system. We follow specific activities to establish partnerships, operational processes, and resources to make associated costs visible. By refining marketing activities, we aim to increase market share and achieve economic success. I can play a decisive role in this, providing guidance and structure in the following areas:
